Facebook and Google To Join Protest for Net Neutraility on July 12
Facebook and Google have confirmed that they will take part in the Day of Action, an Internet-wide protest to save Net Neutrality scheduled on July 12.
A number of other tech companies have also confirmed their support, including Amazon, Netflix, Reddit, Mozilla and Spotify.
Users can expect to come across campaigns to increase awareness about Net Neutrality, including in-app push notifications, emails, photo filters on sites such as Facebook.
Previous protests against SOPA and PIPA have been success, and we hope that Internet service consumers will once again come together to stand up for their own rights.
